If your bill is overdue please arrange for payment to be made straight away.

From having a water meter and our water-saving freebies fitted, to tariffs that reduce your bill and funds which can provide you with a grant to reduce or completely remove your debt, there are lots of options available.

Order your freebiesApply for help from our dedicated support schemes
We may be able to move you on to our WaterSure or WaterSure Plus schemes, which can help if you're struggling and unable to pay your bill.
WaterSure: If anyone in your household receives a specific state benefit and has a large family of three or more children, or a medical condition that requires the use of extra water, and you have a water meter you may be eligible.
WaterSure Plus: You may be eligible if you’re on a means-tested state benefit or have a gross household income below £16,105 and your water bill is more than 3% of your net household income.
